My family took a flight to uk for my graduation ceremony and we stayed at this place. It was really warmed our heart. It really feels like home. Everything was super super clean, aromatic-smelling good, well-organised, and extremely cozy. The heater works so well also they have the floor-heater and just in case in the summer, there are additional fans provided enough. The Perfectly team also responded super fast like they responded me within 10-15 minites and sometimes seems like they don’t need time to reply me just immediately after messages were sent. There are nothing to complain AT ALL. I would extremely recommend this place as its quality is so much higher expectation that its affordable price.

The location of the flat is very convenient, just a few min walk from the reading station and there are plenty of choice of restaurants nearby. The place is very clean and tidy and the best thing is they offer all cooking tools I need. The host is very helpful and promptly responded to all my enquiry. Stayed over a week stunning apartment, located in the most comfortable building in dubai with straight access to the dubai mall. Apartment is brand new, furnished with everything you can need during your stay, (long or shot one), very clean and well designed. Amazing host, who are available anytime!
